2 medium potatoes, cubed (Yukon Gold Works Best)

1 jalapeno, diced

1 1/2 Tbsp. cannabutter

1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 egg per hungry CBD lover

Hot sauce or Pico de gallo for garnish

Garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste

Does anyone else feel like a savory breakfast isn’t complete without a side of hashbrowns?
This hashbrown recipe has a bit of kick in it from the jalapeno and the CBD butter. If you’d like to keep this breakfast vegan-friendly, you can swap out the CBD butter for your CBD olive oil or coconut oil, and of course, forgo the meat and eggs.

Preheat the cannabutter and olive oil in your pan over medium-high heat |

Throw in your onion, jalapeno, potatoes, and sausages. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the sausage is golden — remember, color means flavor |
