Directions
Chia seeds are small but mighty powerhouses of fiber, omega-3 fatty acid, and protein.
Chia seed pudding is super easy to prepare in the evening, so when you’re on-the-go the next day, you can have a breakfast that packs in a lot of energy.
You could pre-make these biscuits and freeze them for convenience in your day-to-day routine, and you can always mix up the sandwich filling. We find that breakfast sandwiches are the best way to use up leftovers.
