1 cup + (add more if desired) vanilla almond milk or soy or skim milk with a dash of vanilla extract (any milk/alt)
1/2 avocado, peeled
1 frozen banana
1 handful fresh baby spinach
1/8 cup silken tofu
a few drops peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon spirulina
1 Tablespoon chocolate chips or cacao nibs
2 servings of CBD oil
fresh mint to garnish
