½ tsp. of vanilla extract

2 tsp. of sugar or any sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, date syrup, etc.)

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1 dosage of Stress drops

Prepare your coffee as you normally do. |

Add your coffee, milk of choice, vanilla extract, sweetener, cinnamon, and Stress Drops to a blender. |
